StoqPilot Terms and Conditions

1. Description of Service

StoqPilot is a business operations platform designed for inventory management, user activity tracking, reporting, and administrative oversight across business teams.

The Service includes:

• Business administrator accounts
• Business-linked user accounts
• Inventory tracking and distribution tools
• Daily reporting and activity logs
• Administrative dashboards and monitoring tools

2. User Roles and Access

StoqPilot operates with three levels of access:

• Administrators: Create and manage business accounts, inventory, and users
• Users (Staff): Perform day-to-day inventory operations and reporting
• Developer (Platform Owner): Reviews, approves, suspends, or manages administrator accounts

Administrator accounts are subject to approval. Access to full functionality is not guaranteed until approval is granted.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that your account information is accurate

StoqPilot is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from misuse or failure to secure credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use StoqPilot only for lawful business purposes.

You must not:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Misuse business data or other users' information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Business Data and Responsibility

StoqPilot provides tools for recording and managing business data, including inventory, sales, credit records, and expenses.

You acknowledge that:

• You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all data entered
• StoqPilot does not verify or guarantee the correctness of any business data
• Business decisions made using the Service are your sole responsibility

6. Reporting and Automation

StoqPilot includes features such as daily reporting, automated report finalization, and activity tracking.

You acknowledge that:

• Automated processes (such as end-of-day report closure) operate based on system logic and timezone settings
• Once a reporting period is closed, data may become locked or restricted
• You are responsible for reviewing and submitting reports within your business operations

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that StoqPilot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical issues
• System updates

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoqPilot is not liable for:

• Any financial loss, business loss, or loss of profits
• Errors in inventory tracking or reporting
• Data loss, delays, or interruptions
• Decisions made based on information from the Service

You use StoqPilot at your own risk.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Approve or reject administrator registrations
• Suspend or terminate any account at any time
• Restrict access to the Service without prior notice

This may occur for violations of these Terms, security concerns, or operational reasons.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using StoqPilot, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

We are not responsible for failures or issues caused by these third-party services.
